Birds of Linear Park, Adelaide

Linear Park in Adelaide runs along both sides of the River Torrens.  It is well used by many different types of birds, and I have listed here some that I have seen regularly.  (Names in brackets are alternative names).

  11. Australian Spotted Crake
  12. Masked Lapwing (Spur-Winged Plover)
  13. White-Faced Heron
  14. Great Egret
  15. Little Pied Cormorant
  16. Feral Pigeon (Rock Dove)
  17. White Dove
  18. Crested Pigeon
  19. Little Raven
  20. Pacific Black Duck
  21. Wood Duck (Maned Duck)
